Gina is a highly accomplished professional with a versatile skillset that combines enterprise-level technical system project management and implementation. As the President and CEO of Expert Edge Group, LLC, Gina provides business leadership, curriculum development and mentorship to the company's growing team. As a technical consultant with more than 20 years experience, Gina has provided technical expertise, project management, communications, micro-learning, and content creation services to federal, state, and commercial clients. With an extensive background in managing complex systems and acquisition projects for esteemed clients such as the Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Navy, and the Intelligence Community, along with commercial clients such as SiriusXM and Verizon, Gina possesses deep expertise in software/system development, deployment and cybersecurity accreditation.
Throughout her career, she has fostered her passion for teaching and training to bring new skillsets and efficiencies to her many customers. As the leader of multiple cloud migration and system implementation efforts, Gina played a pivotal role in defining and executing technical strategy, project/portfolio management infrastructure, and processes. This resulted in consistent marks of "Exceptional" service in performance assessments. Known for her expertise in business process modeling, policy development, and project management methodologies such as PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile, Gina brings innovation and excellence to every project. In the course of her career, Gina has held key leadership positions, including Vice President and Director of Software Engineering/Program Management at Facchina Global Services, President and CEO of Business and Technical Support Group, and President and CEO of Creator One Technologies.
